The chatbot on this webpage or microsite belongs to Barbour Logic Limited (referred to as ‘we’ in these Terms & Conditions). Our chatbot will often sit inside a microsite, created and owned by us but with another organisation’s branding. So when we say ‘chatbot’ we mean the chatbot and our microsite that our chatbot sits on.

Refund for a challenge (personalised appeal) that our chatbot has written for you

In some situations our chatbot may offer to write your challenge (personalised appeal) for you in return for a fee which is fully refundable if your challenge is unsuccessful. If you accept this offer, we take payment and email the challenge to you with a link to our online refund form in case you need it.

Viruses, hacking and other offences

When using our chatbot, you must not introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or any other material that’s malicious or technologically harmful.

You must not try to gain unauthorised access to our chatbot, the server on which it’s stored or any server, computer or database connected to it.

You must not attack our chatbot in any way. This includes denial-of-service attacks.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute you have which relates to these Terms & Conditions, or your use of our chatbot (whether it be contractual or non-contractual), will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We might decide not to exercise or enforce any right available to us under these Terms & Conditions. We can always decide to exercise or enforce that right at a later date.

Doing this once won’t mean we automatically waive the right on any other occasion.
